Every Summer Amma makes a trip from her Ashram in Amritapuri, Kerala, India to the United States.  She tours the country from Seattle to L.A., Santa Fe to Dallas, Chicago to New York, Boston, Washington D.C. and ends with a retreat in Toronto.  She then goes on to see her many devotees in Japan.

I have been a devotee of Amma for 24 years.  I have just returned from seeing Amma for a public program and a Devi Bhava.  I am always amazed at the intensity of the Shakti, or Spiritual Light that emanates while in Amma’s physical presence.  There is nothing that compares to this experience.

I am happy to have been with her again and to have seen many long time friends at the programs.

I cannot describe in words the energy, the mantras, the fragrances or the infinite love that is experienced while in Amma’s presence, you just have to go and see for yourself.
