Patricia is a Registered Nurse who has been in the Spiritual Movement for the past 37 years.

She is the former Head Nurse of a large Metropolitan Newborn Intensive Care Unit and was a Clinical Instructor in Maternity Nursing, teaching at the college level. She holds a Baccalaureate in Nursing from San Francisco State University and a Masters degree in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, California (UCSF).

After a sudden Spiritual Awakening, she began her quest for Spiritual Enlightenment. Her path has taken her to some of the world’s most prominent Spiritual Masters including Ram Dass, Lama Tarchin Rinpoche, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Sathya Sai Baba, Shri Anandi Ma, Thich Nhat Hanh, Sri Ganapathi Sachchidananda of Mysore, Gurumayi Chidvilasananda, Sri Karunamayi and ultmately to her own Satguru, Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, Amma the Hugging Saint.

She is now writing a book about her Spiritual Journey.
